Reporting directly to the Vice-President ERP Business Lead, this role is responsible for the coordination, training administration, and support for HARMONI – SAP training activities. The Divisional Training Coordinator (DTC) acts as a liaison with the business to confirm the training classes, as well as supports end-user training, trainers and ensures logistics are in place throughout the project. The DTC supports the Divisional Change Lead (DCL) and works with the Core Training Coordinator.
• Support and manage all division-related Role Mapping System (RMS) tasks (e.g., enrollments, role mapping changes, attendance).• Manage participants’ enrollment and completions for each training session and send invitations.• Maintain the detailed training delivery schedule.• Track participant attendance and manage in RMS and work with managers to report absences and mitigate.• Work with project core team to plan and monitor preparedness activities (e.g., trainer knowledge transfer).• Serve as the first point of contact for trainers (e.g., confirm session schedules, location, training materials, updates to training materials, etc.).• Coordinate all training logistics (reserving training rooms, connectivity, room set up, equipment, materials, access to buildings). • Liaise with IT if technology issues are encountered (e.g., printing, sharing).
