Conduct, maintain, test and repair electrical/electronic and pneumatic systems and components. Ensure that work is performed in accordance with relevant codes
• install, modify, and maintain electrical/electronic systems, instrumentation, wiring and equipment such as VFD’s, Pressure and temperature transmitters • Troubleshoot and repair electrical/electronic equipment including but not limited to programmable controls, industrial networks, power supplies, drives, gauges, pressure transmitters and test equipment • Setup and Calibrate instrumentation such as Flowmeters, level transmitters, pressure sensors and Conductivity sensors• Maintain and update electrical drawings and maintenance records for equipment • Perform equipment maintenance, as required to keep the process running.
• Well-developed troubleshooting skills on machine and instrument level• Thorough knowledge of electrical/electronic components and equipment including the use of special instruments for diagnostic purposes • Ability to read and comprehend instructional manuals, instruction sheets, technical data and drawings• Ability to understand, interpret and maintain electrical drawings,• PLC experience (use PLC code to troubleshoot issues)• Knowledge of PLC Hardware and wiring of Cards and I/O• Industrial networking knowledge of all applicable networks. (Ethernet, ControlNet, Devicenet, RIO, DH+, CANBUS, Profibus and other plant related networks• Experienced working with AC and DC power and control systems• Has strong communication skills and capable of working in collaboration with a team.• Willingness to learn LI-DNI
