Saputo is seeking a passionate Senior Advisor, Talent Acquisition to lead recruitment operations for corporate roles at the Head Office in Montreal. Reporting to the Manager, Talent Acquisition, the Senior Advisor will develop strategies will work closely with hiring managers for their recruitment needs in alignment with Saputo’s objectives and HR initiatives. This is an estimated 14 months contract.
• Conduct the recruitment process for all open positions at the Montreal Head Office; • With a focus on hiring manager’s experience, create strong partnership with hiring managers to understand needs and collaborate on best recruitment approach; • With a focus on candidate’s experience, act as a strong Saputo ambassador and embed our Employee Value Proposition (EVP) in every interaction with candidates; • Collaborate with HR partners to understand recruitment needs and establish sustainable action plans through a proactive approach to recruitment: utilize sourcing and networking to ensure a steady pool of qualified candidates;• Identify talent gaps and facilitate and participate in various recruitment events, based on targeted needs, to promote Saputo as an employer of choice in the manufacturing industry and its career opportunities (campus recruitment, career fairs, local centres, youth associations, diversity and inclusion associations, etc.); • Contribute to the deployment and management of the University Relations strategy, executing the plan with target schools, and managing the recruitment of interns;• Develop recommendations, solutions and action plans based on the organization’s objectives and priorities;
• University degree in a related field;• 5-7 years of experience in a recruitment function; • Recognized enthusiasm and autonomy, with a passion for talent acquisition;• Higher ability to build relationships and adapt to different personalities;• Strong learning capabilities, solution-oriented and sense of ownership;• Outstanding organization skills and ability to manage priorities;• Knowledgeable and interest in increasing business acumen;• Analytical skills and ability to develop reporting tools;• Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate people towards a common goal; • Bilingual (French and English, written and spoken) is required.
